Shipping policy
This policy explains how shipping availability, charges, tracking, international clearance, and delivery issues are handled.

Destinations and availability
We review orders for destinations supported by current carrier coverage and applicable sanctions, export-control, customs, and product restrictions. Direct checkout is available only where an active shipping route can be calculated; other permitted destinations require a reviewed quote.
Shipping charges
Where direct checkout is supported, shipping is calculated from the destination and current shipping rules before the order is placed. Quote-based and custom orders use the shipping amount stated in the accepted quote or order confirmation.
Processing and production time
Ready-made items allocated to the U.S. warehouse target dispatch within 72 hours after order and payment confirmation. Fabric, samples, and custom or bulk goods ship from China. Custom production normally targets 7–14 days after specifications, sample requirements, and payment terms are confirmed, unless the accepted quote states another schedule. Transit time is additional, and all estimates may change with order complexity or events outside reasonable control.
Carriers and tracking
When tracking is available, it is added to the order and may be sent by email. Carrier scans and estimated delivery dates are provided by the carrier and can change during transit.
International orders and customs
Unless the confirmed order states DDP, international shipments are DDU. The buyer is responsible for accurate importer information, import eligibility, duties, taxes, brokerage, and customs clearance charges. Customs inspection or missing importer action can delay delivery.
Address accuracy and changes
Customers must provide a complete deliverable address and contact information. Request an address correction as soon as possible. Changes are not guaranteed after fulfillment or carrier handoff and may result in additional charges.
Delay, loss, damage, or wrong delivery
Keep packaging and contact us promptly with the order number, photos, and available carrier information if a shipment is delayed, lost, damaged, or materially incorrect. We review the order and carrier record before confirming the available remedy.
Split shipments and delivery acceptance
An order may ship in more than one package when this is operationally necessary. Review the package count and visible condition at delivery, and follow any carrier exception process where available.
