This policy distinguishes standard ready-made goods from items customized to an approved specification.

Standard ready-made goods
A product is not treated as customized merely because it ships from a particular warehouse. If an item is listed and sold as standard ready-made without buyer-selected customization, the return rights shown for that order and any mandatory consumer rights apply.
Customized goods
Goods made, printed, embroidered, labelled, cut, colored, or otherwise prepared to the buyer’s approved specifications are final sale for change-of-mind purposes and do not have a general no-reason return or exchange right. This custom-goods rule is shown before payment where it applies.
Defects and specification errors
Final sale does not remove our responsibility for goods that are defective, damaged in transit, or materially different from the approved specification. Contact support promptly with the order number and evidence so the issue can be reviewed.
How to request a return
Sign in, open the delivered order, and use Request a return while the entry is available. Keep the goods and packaging until instructions are provided. Do not send goods back without authorization.
Review, return instructions, and refunds
Submitting a request does not automatically approve a return or refund. We review the order, product condition, packaging, evidence, and applicable rights before issuing instructions. If a refund is approved, the method and expected processing steps are confirmed in those instructions; payment-provider processing time may vary.
Return shipping and import charges
Do not ship an item to an address found elsewhere. The authorized return location and responsibility for return shipping are confirmed during review. Import duties, taxes, brokerage, and clearance charges paid to third parties are not controlled by us and may not be refundable.
Cancellation requests
Contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation. A request is not guaranteed after inventory is committed, fulfillment starts, materials are ordered, or custom production begins. We will confirm whether cancellation is available before taking action.
Mandatory customer rights
This policy describes the site process and does not limit consumer or business rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
