Returns policy
This policy distinguishes standard ready-made goods from items customized to an approved specification.
Standard ready-made goods
After delivery is confirmed, the purchaser may submit a return request from the order page for 48 hours. The entry closes automatically when that period ends. Approval is subject to review of the item condition and request details.
Customized goods
Goods made, printed, embroidered, labelled, cut, colored, or otherwise prepared to customer specifications are final sale and do not have a self-service refund entry.
Defects and specification errors
Final sale does not remove our responsibility for goods that are defective, damaged in transit, or materially different from the approved specification. Contact support promptly with the order number and evidence so the issue can be reviewed.
How to request a return
Sign in, open the delivered order, and use Request a return while the entry is available. Keep the goods and packaging until instructions are provided. Do not send goods back without authorization.
