Terms of service and sale
These terms govern use of the site and form part of an order or quote unless a signed agreement or confirmed commercial document states otherwise.

Contracting party
The site operator and contracting seller is 石狮市裘斯贸易有限公司, registered in Shishi, Quanzhou, Fujian, Mainland China, unless an accepted quote or commercial invoice expressly identifies another contracting entity. The accepted order, these terms, and any approved specification form the transaction agreement.
Accounts and authority
You must provide accurate information and be authorized to use the account, payment method, artwork, trademarks, and specifications you submit. You are responsible for protecting account access and notifying us of suspected unauthorized use.
Quotes and custom specifications
A request form does not create an order, reserve capacity, or guarantee a price or delivery date. Custom work begins only after the applicable quote, material, artwork, sizing, sample, and other required specifications are reviewed and accepted through the stated process.
Orders, pricing, and payment
Displayed prices and availability may change before an order is accepted. An order is accepted only when payment or approved payment terms are confirmed and an order confirmation is issued. We may reject or cancel an order affected by an obvious pricing error, unavailable inventory, suspected fraud, sanctions, or an unsupported destination, with any captured payment handled through the original payment process.
Taxes, duties, and DDU orders
Amounts shown at checkout include only the charges identified in the order summary. Unless a confirmed order expressly states DDP, international orders are DDU: the buyer is the importer of record and is responsible for import duties, import taxes, brokerage, and customs clearance charges.
Shipping and delivery
Ready-made items allocated to the U.S. warehouse target dispatch within 72 hours after order and payment confirmation. Fabric, samples, and custom or bulk goods ship from China; custom production normally targets 7–14 days after specifications, sample requirements, and payment terms are confirmed, unless the accepted quote states another schedule. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Cancellations, returns, and defects
Standard goods and custom goods follow different rules. Custom goods made to an approved specification are generally final sale, while defects, transit damage, and material specification errors remain subject to review. The Returns policy explains the current request process and does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Acceptable use and customer materials
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or harmful content, or infringe another party’s rights. You retain ownership of customer materials and authorize their use only as reasonably necessary to review, produce, fulfill, and support the requested work.
Service availability and responsibility
We work to keep the site and operational information accurate and available, but maintenance, third-party services, network conditions, or events outside reasonable control may interrupt access or fulfillment. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Payment methods
Only a payment method displayed at checkout or expressly confirmed in an accepted quote is available for that transaction. International and domestic payment methods may differ. A method is not accepted merely because it is mentioned in general communications, and no buyer should send payment to an account not shown in the confirmed payment instructions.
Governing law
These terms and each transaction are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This choice does not remove consumer protections that cannot lawfully be waived in the buyer’s place of residence or delivery destination.
B2B dispute resolution
For a transaction made in the course of business, the parties will first attempt good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, the dispute will be submitted to the Quanzhou Arbitration Commission for arbitration in Quanzhou under its rules in effect when the case is filed. The award is final and binding. The arbitration language is Chinese unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
Consumer disputes
Consumer buyers may use negotiation, an applicable consumer complaint or mediation channel, or a court with jurisdiction under mandatory law. The B2B arbitration clause does not apply to a consumer transaction unless a valid separate arbitration agreement is made after or in relation to the dispute.
B2B limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, for B2B transactions each party is liable only for direct, reasonably foreseeable loss, and our aggregate liability arising from an affected order will not exceed the amount actually paid to us for that order. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, including lost profit or business interruption. These limits do not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence, death or personal injury, infringement of intellectual-property rights, breach of confidentiality or data-protection duties, payment or refund obligations, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Events outside reasonable control
A party affected by an event that could not reasonably be foreseen, avoided, or overcome must notify the other party promptly, provide reasonable evidence when available, and take reasonable steps to reduce loss. Performance is excused only to the extent and for the period affected. The parties will agree how to handle any undelivered portion if the event materially prevents performance for an extended period.
Changes and contact
The terms in effect when an order is accepted apply to that order unless both parties agree otherwise. We may update site-use terms for future activity. Use the contact page with questions before placing an order.
